A brand unchanged since the early 90s, refreshed from the logo to the catalogue covers, and a redesigned website and ordering app for retailers and practitioners.

Where they started

Pacific Health is one of the largest natural health supplement distributors in New Zealand and Australia. It supplies retail stores and practitioners, and has naturopaths on its own team, so the expertise runs deep. The brand did not show it. Unchanged since the early 90s, it looked its age everywhere it appeared, from the logo to the catalogues, and the website and the ordering app their customers use every day had fallen just as far behind.

What we built.

We started with the brand: a refreshed logo and a new colour palette, built to feel current without losing the trust forty years in the business has earned. Then we carried it into everything a distributor puts in front of customers: stationery, business cards and email signatures, posters, print banners and event pull-ups, and the covers of their product catalogues. The marketing website was redesigned around the new brand, so the first thing a retailer or practitioner sees matches the company behind it.

The ordering app.

Behind the website sits the application where retailers and practitioners log in to browse the full range, place orders and track them. We redesigned it end to end: around 20 page templates, each with the screen variations a real ordering flow needs, from browsing by category and brand to checkout and order history. Then we built the frontend, ready for their own development team to connect to their systems.

The result.

We delivered the brand, the print, the website design and the app frontend in November 2025. The brand is already at work across their print and stationery. The new website and ordering app are with Pacific Health's internal development team, who are connecting them to their backend before launch.
