pages now running on the new component system
A five-year-old Webflow site moved onto one component system across the US and UK, and a marketing team that now builds its own pages with AI.
Where they started
Landlord Studio makes property management software for landlords in the US and the UK, and its website is how most of those landlords find it. The site was a five-year-old Webflow build with no clear framework or naming convention behind it. Pages had been added one at a time for years, the US and UK sides had drifted apart, and near-identical pages had each been built by hand. Every change was slower and riskier than it should have been, and their marketing team had pages ready to publish with a queue in front of every one.
What we built.
We started with the UK site: a redesign and rebuild, including a Making Tax Digital hub for UK landlords ahead of the HMRC deadline. Then we migrated the whole site onto a new foundation. Every page moved onto a component-driven build on the Mast framework, with one naming system and one library of components shared across both markets. The UK went first, then the US, so the two sites that had drifted apart now run on the same system. A new feature page is content loaded into components that already work, not a fresh build.
What their team does now themselves.
Then we built the tools for their team to run it. We wrote Claude skills around the framework and their component library, connected to Webflow through its MCP, so their marketing team can update any page by describing the change, and create new ones: CMS pages, and static pages at scale. The AI assembles pages from the components that already exist, inside the rules of the framework, so what the team ships stays on brand and on system. The website is theirs to run again.
The result.
One website, two markets, one system, and a marketing team that builds its own pages instead of waiting in a queue. We have worked with Landlord Studio since June 2025 and still do: sharpening the skills, adding components, and making each page they build faster and safer than the last.
